    I did come up with most of these answers and they all seem right to me but i just dont trust myself. How do you know the answers btw?

    3. Q 41. A to my mind implies a malignant proliferation, whereas the case we have is that of infection. What is your reason for rejecting E?

    4. majority of the questions are correct, I believe, but the Step 1 questions have not been as extensively discussed or thought over as Step 2 questions, so there is a fair chance of error here and there. That's why your feedback is important.

    5. For Q41, A brings to mind an immune response (i.e. polyclonal proliferation of B cells) rather than a malignant proliferation. The superficial inguinal lymph nodes drain everything superficial inferior to the umbilicus and given that the prompt is full of clues to infection, A and not E should be the correct answer. IMO.

  4. In block 1 #33 I strongly think is E. because in that type of lesion called bening paroxysmal positional vertigo, the eye will rotate toward the affected ear, which is the left.

  5. In #34 block 1, i strongly think that is C. Is the only one that has to do with the muscles that compose the thenar eminence.

  8. block 1 number 2 is D ( lucid interval , transtentorial Herniation , rapid symptoms unlike the bridging veins that require days or weeks to develop the symptoms
